RapidCell CallDirect Service

RapidCell CallDirect is the service to use if you have one of the MY5, FAB Five or similar type plan* (either local or national) from your mobile carrier. An easy to use service that works by way of a direct call through access number.

       How the RapidCell CallDirect service works:
       1. First, you dial the RapidCell local access number for your area.**
       2. You will immediately get a voice prompt; simply dial the number you wish to            call followed by the # sign. Once connected, your call will be totally unlimited            and you can talk as long as you like without worrying about using up minutes            or getting long distance charges from your cell provider.

*Most mobile carriers offer two types of these Top 5 plans; local option, nation-wide option. The nation-wide option plan is required where RapidCell does not have an access number available in your local area. A Top 5 nation-wide option is also recommended if you travel often outside of your local calling area and want to use your RapidCell service while travelling.             ** Access numbers available in Canadian cities. If you only have the local version of one of the Top 5, My Faves, My 5, My Top 5 or my Fab5 plans then you would need to use one of the access numbers local to your city.
