The RapidDial service works by way of an access number that you dial to get into our network.
To sign up and use the service you simply do the following:

1. First register for the service by going to our online Sign Up form , or call our office at 1-866-727-4383. After you have registered for the service you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You are now able to make calls.

2. To make a call, dial the access number for your local calling area, when you hear the voice prompt that says “please dial your destination number followed by the # sign”, simply dial the number you want to call and you will be connected instantly. There are absolutely no connection fees, or access fees of any kind.
